Registrations for the Dunes Restoration Trust of NZ 3-day Annual Conference from 30 March to 1 April are now open.
These conferences are invaluable for updating ourselves on coastal science, meeting and exchanging information with groups throughout New Zealand who are working to restore and maintain our natural environment, and for the excellent field trips (this year right up the coast from Gisborne to Te Araroa) to see how communities are working on projects to preserve NZ’s coastal areas.
The theme of the conference this year is ‘Rich in Natural Beauty – Strong on Culture’ and the conference will showcase the stunning beauty of East Coast dune landscapes as well as discussing some of the issues faced.
Members of our Piha Coastcare Trust network are eligible for a discounted fee for the conference of $95.
